A chartered professional accountant and certified general accountant in Canada, Andrew Sommerhalder holds a bachelor of science from the University of Toronto. Over the course of his career in accountancy and financial oversight, he returned to the academic environment as a student at Toronto’s Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. Andrew Sommerhalder completed Seneca graduate programs in both professional accounting practice and accounting-related information technology, graduating with perfect 4.0 grade point averages.

Over the course of his career as an Ontario accountant and financial reporter, Andrew Sommerhalder has served tenures as a chief financial officer, controller, and production manager with Apotheceutics in Richmond Hill; a senior accountant with Perlane Construction in Markham; and a chief financial officer and controller with Hedy Canada & GS Medical Packaging in Etobicoke. Mr. Sommerhalder has served as a group controller with the Toronto offices of Envision since 2019, overseeing all aspects of accounting management and financial results and reporting.
